Protect your vision with regular screen breaks
Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
Blink rapidly for 10-15 seconds to refresh your eyes and prevent dryness.
Hold your thumb 10 inches from your face, focus on it, then focus on something in the distance. Repeat 10 times.
Roll your eyes clockwise and counterclockwise to exercise eye muscles.
Rub your palms together to warm them, then gently place them over your closed eyes for 30 seconds.
